We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Research Analyst - Lead Generation (UAE Staffing) to drive strategic pipeline growth in the UAE market.
This role is critical for identifying, qualifying, and developing new B2B business opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and a relentless drive to connect with and convert potential clients, directly fueling our sales pipeline and aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers (Hiring Managers, VPs, CXOs, HR/Talent Acquisition Leaders) within various industries across the US market.
• Utilize multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry databases (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha), to generate new leads.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients who have a need for contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent staffing services.
2. Outreach & Qualification
• Conduct high-volume outreach to potential clients to introduce the company's staffing solutions and establish a relationship.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure a high-quality handoff to the Account Executive team.
• Set up discovery calls and qualified meetings for the Account Executive/Sales team.
3. Strategy & Documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategies based on market feedback and results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and lead information in the system.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points to inform sales strategy.
4. Goal Achievement
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and meeting setting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1-3 years of proven BDE/Lead Generation experience in a B2B environment with a focus on outbound hunting.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
• Exceptional phone presence and highly professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a tenacious approach to cold outreach.
