Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse package data to determine eligibility for address research or updates.
• Research correct addresses using client tools, Google, trusted websites, and social media.
• Update accurate address information in the system.
• Search for contact numbers if address information is unavailable.
• Escalate cases with available phone numbers to the calling team; close cases per documented procedures if unresolved.
• Document clear notes to support further actions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and share insights.
• Provide timely updates on case status and challenges.
