About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Customer Retention Marketing Specialist to drive repeat purchases and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted and personalized CRM strategies.

This role is perfect for someone who understands customer behavior, enjoys working with data, and can craft high-converting campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute retention campaigns such as onboarding, win-back & replenishment flows
• Segment users and deliver personalized communication via Email, WhatsApp & SMS
• Track and analyze key metrics like LTV, churn rate & repeat purchase rate
• Run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and engagement
• Plan and launch loyalty & referral programs to boost retention

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retention/CRM marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Klaviyo preferred)
• Strong analytical skills using Excel & Google Analytics (GA4)
• Familiarity with Shopify backend
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
