How Youll Make And Impact
- Executes the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with HITACHI Energy standard processes and safety guidelines.
- The job includes regular standard maintenance of the equipment.
- Routine maintenance activities in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.
- Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.

- Track maintenance KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, downtime and spare parts usage
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns
- Good basic communication skills to co-ordinate with cross functional team
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues
- To handle shifts individually
- Basic knowledge of 5S activities
- Maintain machine checklist and record machine history.
- You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Diploma or Degree with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of working experience as Shop Engineering preferably in Transformer Industry
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
