Key Responsibilities:

Technical Analysis: Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions for technical issues.
Documentation: Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting project documentation.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers in project execution.
Research & Innovation: Research new technologies and recommend process improvements.
Design & Development: Develop designs for new products or systems per specifications.
Compliance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Project Planning: Prepare proposals, estimate costs, schedule resources, and evaluate outcomes.
Maintenance & Support: Perform repair, preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
