Job Summary:
We are looking for a Repair Engineer with experience in aircraft structural repairs. The candidate will handle design solutions, acceptance, and documentation for damages on aircraft primary and secondary structures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and repair manuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide design solutions for various damages on aircraft primary and secondary structures.
• Approve and provide acceptance for repairs on aircraft structures.
• Create and maintain databases, repair instructions (AW), repair drawings (RD), and technical dispositions (TD).
• Handle in-service daily repairs and major repairs.
• Work with structural repair manuals (SRM) and Air Vehicle Structure Repair (ASR) procedures.
• Apply knowledge of metallic and composite materials for repair solutions.
• Ensure proper component dimensioning and adherence to GD&T standards.
• Support design and sizing of aircraft primary structure components and parts.
