Job Accountabilities

First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available

Provide desktop and Laptop support.

Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications

Handling ITSM Tool and allocating the tickets to the right resolver group

Providing Support for MAC & Windows OS related calls

Providing Support for Mobile Device (Android & IOS)

Installation of Business-related software

Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices

Working in Shifts for 24X7 support

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

Excellent Communication Skills

Laptop & Desktop Hardware

Windows Operating System Knowledge

MAC Operating System Knowledge

Software application troubleshooting

ITIL Knowledge

Good Troubleshooting Skills

Computer Networking Concepts

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

B.E / BTECH in Engineering ( IT, CSE)

Candidates holding additional, relevant technical certifications will be given preference.

Experience 1 to 3 years
