Job Description

Job Requirements

Assist in planning and scheduling software releases across various environments.
Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure readiness for deployment.
Monitor release activities and maintain release calendars.
Support the implementation of release management processes and tools.
Track and report release metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Participate in post-release reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support for production deployments and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge / Experience

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools is a plus.
Exposure to Agile methodologies preferred.
