Job Description

. 10+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as an Appian Architect

. Build and support applications using Appian

. Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features

. End-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of Appian applications

. Create data model designs, SQL Queries, and/or Stored Procedures

. Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates

. Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories

. Build and share reusable components.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements B Work on enhancement, and change requests from LOB

. Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task

. Able to work on the task independently

. Adhere / Conduct / Participate in a standard agile process

. Willing to provide support after office hours if needed

. Follow the release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes.

Required Knowledge

. Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications

. Very Good knowledge of Software Development

. Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA

. Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business Global counterparts independently

. Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects

• . Flexible to handle ad-hoc requests / agile projects.
