This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead, based in Pune Division with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Lead will oversee the design and development of technical solutions, guide a team of developers, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, maintaining technical documentation, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Additionally, the role involves mentoring the team and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

• Strong technical expertise in software development, coding languages, and frameworks such as Java, C#, Python, or similar
• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in system design, architecture, and implementing scalable solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for improved efficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus
