About Zopper
Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space.We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners.
Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform. Our Sales enablement team which is a large feet on street team enables the last mile sale of insurance by training & supporting the sales teams of our Business Partners. Finally we have an operations & support team which continues to provide technical & customersupport to our Business partnersto support them through the customer experience journey
Roles and Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales processof our Device Protection Plansthrough offline retailers and service centers across India.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining strongrelationships with Brand HQ Team, offline retailers, service centers, promoters, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve sales targets.
Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing enquiries, concerns, andproviding ongoing support
Training:
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for retail shop owners, servicecenter staff, and promoters on the features and benefits of our Device Protection Plans
Ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skillsto effectivelypromote and sell our plans to end consumer
Digital Engagement:
Engaging with stakeholders throughdigital channels such as WhatsApp,emails, and telecallstoprovide product information, support, and updates.
Utilizing digitalmarketing tools to create awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement withour Device Protection Plans Promoter and Retail Shop Owner Engagement:
Collaborating with promoters and retail shop owners to enhance mindshareand promote thebenefits of our Device Protection Plans to consumers
Organizing promotional activities and events to increase visibility and drive sales through offlinechannels
Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, training sessions, stakeholder interactions, andother relevant data using CRM software
Generating reportsand providing insights to management on sales performance, market trends,and opportunities for improvement
