MoneyKarma is looking for energetic individuals to join our team in the Digital Lending Revolution. If you have a knack for communication and a drive for sales, we want to hear from you! 

Role Overview:

● Designation: Relationship Manager

● Domain: Tele-Sales / Tele-Marketing / Lead Generation

● Shift: General Day Shift

● Salary: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

● Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers to introduce financial products.

● Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.

● Product Expertise: Explain financial products (specifically Home Loans) to customers clearly.

● Sales Targets: Handle objections effectively and work toward achieving monthly sales milestones. 

Requirements

● Education: Any Graduate.

● Experience: 0–2 years. ○ Note: Candidates with prior experience in Home Loans will be given preference.Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

● Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

● Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
