We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager specializing in working capital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling working capital products.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess client needs and recommend appropriate working capital solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and financial solutions to clients based on their requirements.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial products and services for clients.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes that may impact working capital finance.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial performance and provide insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-9 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in working capital finance or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products, working capital solutions, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Proficient in using financial modeling tools and software, such as Excel and financial analysis software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
