Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Acquire new-to-bank clients for working capital and lending products
Drive disbursal targets and manage overdue accounts
Build relationships with internal channels for lead generation
Cross-sell Trade and Forex solutions to enhance portfolio

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 in working capital/lending sales
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Understanding of banking products, risk, and compliance
MBA preferred with exposure to retail distribution channels
