Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Area Relationship Manager to drive retailer
onboarding and membership sales within assigned zones. This role combines field sales,
relationship management, and retailer enablement.
The ARM will act as the primary point of contact for jewellers, ensuring strong engagement and
long-term association with the brand's membership ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retailer Identification & Outreach
● Identify potential retailers through internal databases, online research (Google), market
visits, and references
● Generate leads and set appointments with retail owners
● Conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations
● Build and maintain a robust retailer pipeline

2. Membership Sales & Onboarding
● Pitch and sell membership products to retailers
● Clearly explain the value proposition and network benefits
● Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets
● Ensure smooth onboarding process

3. Relationship Management
● Own and manage relationships with onboarded retailers
● Act as a dedicated Relationship Manager for assigned accounts
● Ensure retailers actively utilize membership benefits
● Drive engagement initiatives and retention

4. Training & Execution Support
● Train retailers on how to leverage membership for business growth
● Support implementation of brand guidelines and execution initiatives
● Coordinate with Regional Manager for escalations and large opportunities

5. Reporting & Territory Management
● Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates
● Track zone-wise performance metrics
● Provide regular updates to Regional Manager
● Monitor competitor activities in assigned territory

Eligibility Criteria
● 3+ years of experience in Retail, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Visual Merchandising
● Prior experience in jewelry, retail, lifestyle, or luxury preferred
● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zone
● Strong understanding of local retail markets
