Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communication, addressing customer queries, driving business revenue, negotiating contracts, and supporting clients in achieving their business goals. This role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in data analysis for decision-making
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with B2B marketplaces and digital platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
