Identify, meet, and acquire potential customers for life/general insurance products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and lead conversion.
Explain product features, benefits, and policies clearly to clients.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and improve sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and customer support.
Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
A background in insurance sales is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in field sales with a proven target-achievement record.
Ability to create and execute basic marketing strategies.
Graduation preferred; higher secondary candidates with strong experience can also apply.
