This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Pune / Goa / Indore / Bhopal Division. The Relationship Manager will handle customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering appropriate financial solutions. Key responsibilities include driving sales, analyzing client portfolios, retaining customer relationships, cross-selling services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Retention, and Conflict Resolution
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Sales, and Cross-Selling
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess client portfolios and market trends
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of the finance industry, financial instruments, and regulatory compliance
  • CA , MBA Finace / masters, bachelor's degree, in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic technical systems is a plus
