- Sourcing of cases from the open market and maintain strong relationship with builders
- Sourcing of both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Enhance business distribution by empanelling connectors, ensuring effective network for business growth
- Ensuring quality of customer onboarding
- Strategic thinking with focus on sourcing avenues
- Effective networking and relationship building skills
- Team work and problem-solving skills
- High motivation and commitment towards achieving the sales targets
Experience in LAP or Housing Loan. Fresher with 6 months to 2 years of experience
