Key Roles & Responsibilities

Understanding of Home loan market and process

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Sourcing of cases from the open market and maintain strong relationship with builders

Sourcing of both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)

Enhance business distribution by empanelling connectors, ensuring effective network for business growth

Ensuring quality of customer onboarding

Strategic thinking with focus on sourcing avenues

Effective networking and relationship building skills

Team work and problem-solving skills

High motivation and commitment towards achieving the sales targets
