Job Title: Relationship Manager - Life Insurance

Position Summary
The Relationship Manager works from the distributor's office as the link between a reputed life insurance company and clients. This role involves analysing client needs, recommending suitable products, supporting policy issuance, following up on leads provided by the company, and generating additional leads through networking and awareness activities to help families secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely engagement and closure
- Proactively generate additional leads via networking, seminars, and community activities
- Conduct financial needs analysis and educate clients on the importance of life insurance
- Recommend appropriate protection products and explain features transparently
- Support clients through application, documentation, and policy issuance process
- Maintain ongoing client relationships with post-sale service and cross-selling
- Keep accurate records, ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; IRDA certification to be obtained promptly (if not having one)
- 2-5 years experience in insurance sales or consultative financial services; exceptional fresher's may be considered
- Strong consultative selling, communication, networking, and client service skills
- High integrity, resilience, and client-focused mindset

- Sales targets and effective follow-up on company-provided leads
- Policy issuance, persistency, and lead conversion rates
