Role & responsibilities
1. HNI Portfolio Management: Cultivate and manage a premium book of HNIs, providing bespoke distribution services across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF platforms
2. New Business Opportunities: Analyze client financial goals, risk appetite, and market trends to suggest suitable investment products. Develop and present personalized suitability investment proposals
3. AUM Growth & Retention: Drive significant AUM growth by obtaining and analyzing market information to identify new clients, make direct pitches, and increase sales
4. Referral Development: Build and leverage a strong ecosystem of referral partners as well as referrals from existing clientele
5. Multi-Product Expertise: Analyze and pitch complex investment structures, including Category II & III AIFs and specialized PMS strategies aligned with client risk appetite and tax profile
6. Comprehensive Compliance: Be aware of SEBI / AMFI regulatory framework and ensure compliance. Follow ethical sales practices
7. Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain discipline in updating CRM systems, provide leadership with pipeline analytics and market feedback
