Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with potential buyers, advising them on properties, coordinating site visits, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful deal closures. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate property solutions
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools
  • Team collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal departments
  • Knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations in Navi Mumbai is preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
