Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, prospective customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, understanding client needs, providing project information, coordinating site visits, and supporting customers through documentation and transaction processes. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up and communication. The Relationship Manager will also gather customer feedback, contribute to service improvements, and uphold Smartworld's standards of transparency and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in lead handling, conversion support, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is an advantage.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms for reporting and customer interactions.
  • Prior experience in real estate, financial services, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours as per business needs, with a strong focus on ethical conduct and corporate governance.
