Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Manager in the Life Insurance Direct Channel. The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound interactions to understand their protection and investment needs and recommend suitable Bajaj Life insurance products. The role involves managing leads generated through digital, telecalling, and direct marketing channels, providing product information, explaining policy features, and guiding customers through the end-to-end sales and onboarding process. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams for policy issuance, after-sales support, resolving queries, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer relationship and sales skills: ability to build trust, understand financial needs, handle objections, and close life insurance sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
  • Service and problem-solving skills: customer-centric mindset, responsiveness to queries, and capability to resolve concerns while maintaining service quality.
  • Digital and process skills: comfort using CRM tools, telecalling/digital platforms, and basic MS Office for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Domain knowledge: understanding of life insurance products (e.g., ULIPs, term plans, savings and retirement solutions) or willingness to learn quickly with training.
  • Educational background: bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred; a relevant certification in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
  • Experience: prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial sales is preferred, especially in direct or tele-sales channels.
