Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role at Rupeeboss Financial Services Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. They will also manage customer inquiries, coordinate with partner banks and NBFCs, and ensure a seamless loan processing experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and balance transfer options
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for understanding and addressing customer needs
• Basic understanding of banking and NBFC operations related to loan processing
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Adaptability to evolving processes and a customer-focused approach
• Prior experience in financial services, sales, or banking would be a significant advantage
