We are looking for dynamic and driven
Relationship Managers to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling
HNI/UHNI clients, with proven expertise in
Mutual Funds and investment advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Retail/HNI clients, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
- Business Growth: Drive upselling and cross-selling of Mutual Fund products; generate fresh leads through referrals and networking.
- Advisory & Planning: Profile clients, understand their financial goals, and provide customized investment planning and advice.
- Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets across the product mix.
- Customer Acquisition: Acquire and service HNI/UHNI clients to build long-term, profitable relationships.
- B2C Sales Focus: Actively engage in sales to expand client base and enhance portfolio penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Banking/Wealth Management/Financial Advisory handling HNI client portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds and investment products.
- NISM certification preferred (mandatory for certain roles).
- Strong client relationship, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deliver results in a competitive environment.
