Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Real Estate Sales based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting sales meetings, assisting clients in the property selection process, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and understand client requirements
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals within the real estate sector
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in Ahmedabad
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and general computer skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
