Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and guiding clients throughout the property buying/selling process. You will work closely with developers, manage client portfolios, and assist in brokering commercial and residential property deals. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in property discovery, real estate consulting, and customer advisory
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws
- Sales, negotiation, and client management skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or sales roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
