Job Overview
Inrext Private Limited is seeking a proactive and result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth through channel networks, and ensuring long-term collaboration aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners to increase market penetration.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Inrext and Channel Partners.
Sales Coordination & Target Achievement
- Drive sales through channel networks to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Share project updates, pricing, inventory status, and promotional offers with partners.
- Monitor partner performance and provide strategic guidance to improve output.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities through partner networks.
- Organize channel meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Support partners with marketing materials, presentations, and site visit coordination.
Relationship Building
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with partners.
- Resolve partner queries, conflicts, and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights from Channel Partners.
- Provide management with regular reports on partner performance and market trends.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for seamless deal closures.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in Channel Sales / Relationship Management (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
