Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting real estate solutions, and achieving sales goals. The role involves attending client meetings, maintaining a database of prospects, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client relationship management and customer service expertise.
  • Real estate knowledge or prior experience in property consulting and advisory roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills for maintaining client records.
