Job Description

  • Acquire new-to-bank high-end current accounts through market lead generation and achieve monthly CASA targets.
  • Adhere to bank policies and guidelines, including KYC and AML compliance.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and activation of customers.
  • Monitor customer account activity, ensuring maintenance of required balances and usage of banking services: 80% maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
  • Generate leads through market activities and liaison with Branch Managers and product teams (trade, FX, CMS/DSB) to provide suitable business solutions.
  • Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer portfolio.
