Client Acquisition & CASA Management
- Acquire new high-end current account clients through lead generation
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of customers
- Maintain required balances and encourage transactions within defined timelines (M1 & Q1)
Cross-Selling & Product Promotion
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products such as insurance, merchant acquiring, trade, FX, and CMS/DSB solutions
- Liaise with Branch Managers and product teams to provide the right business solutions
Customer Engagement & Reporting
- Drive adoption of digital banking channels (internet banking, DSB)
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and records
- Provide regular updates to branch and regional management
Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines
