Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, guiding clients through the property search or rental process, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves consistent communication with potential clients, property owners, and tenants via phone, messaging, or in-person meetings to facilitate smooth transactions. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will assist in troubleshooting customer issues and contribute to achieving company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Customer service experience with the ability to understand and address diverse customer needs effectively
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, sales, or client management is preferred
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using technology or CRM platforms for client management
  • An educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Local language proficiency is an advantage to communicate with customers effectively
