Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales based in Chinchwad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, managing property transactions, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver superior customer service. The role also involves market analysis and proactive engagement to drive real estate sales and portfolio growth.
Qualifications
- Strong customer engagement, relationship building, and client management skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate marketing
- Market analysis, negotiation, and deal closing expertise
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently
- Basic understanding of real estate investment concepts, property valuation, and legal processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of real estate software is a plus
