Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore, tirupur, pollachi and annnur.

The Relationship Manager will engage in managing customer relationships, understanding their financial requirements, and providing housing loan solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include promoting MHFCL's products, supporting customers through the loan process, ensuring documentation compliance, and building long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and financial services is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding housing loan products is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of documentation processes and compliance in financial operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered valuable.
• Proficiency in local languages would be beneficial.
