Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship ManagerMutual Funds, located in Kochi. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with partners and clients, addressing queries around mutual fund products and services, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for guiding clients on investment opportunities, performing market analysis, and ensuring excellent client engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies will also form a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets
• Excellent client relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Competence in sales, business development, and target achievement
• Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and financial planning for client portfolios
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications like NISM or AMFI will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in mutual fund distribution or financial services is highly preferred
