Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will oversee and manage interactions with clients to address their financial needs and recommend suitable loan options. Key duties include building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing financial situations to provide tailored solutions, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require regular client interactions, understanding financial products, and collaborating with internal teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to recommend suitable loan products
• Customer service and conflict resolution experience
• Ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of the lending industry and financial products
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
