Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based out of Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, coordinating with various internal departments, managing customer portfolios, and facilitating sales and service operations. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in customer service, client handling, and complaint resolution
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and understanding of sales strategies
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software tools is a plus
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous hu
