Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans to meet client needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing client data to identify trends, strategizing to maximize account profitability, and working closely with internal teams to uphold client satisfaction and achieve goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills for identifying opportunities and driving growth
  • Experience in Account Management and Key Accounts handling with a proven track record
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and resolving issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and develop long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
