Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Real Estate Executives, based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include assisting clients in identifying and purchasing properties, understanding client requirements, demonstrating properties, facilitating negotiations, and providing solutions tailored to clients needs. Executives will also collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives and maintain a thorough understanding of current market trends and property regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate knowledge.
- Expertise in Property Management and Facility Management (FM).
- Strong understanding of financial processes related to real estate, including loans and property registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Organizational and negotiation skills for managing client requirements and property deals.
- Prior experience in the real estate domain is preferred but not mandatory.
