This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Manager. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer real estate needs, and providing personalized consultancy and recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through property transactions, collaborating with developers for the best opportunities, handling negotiations, and ensuring excellent post-sales customer support. The Relationship Manager will also stay updated with trend insights and market developments to offer valuable guidance to clients.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate consulting, sales, and property market dynamics
• Customer service and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
• Sound understanding of real estate regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
