The Relationship Manager role at InsuranceDekho is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhograi. The individual in this role will manage relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing suitable insurance solutions, managing policy renewals, and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and partners. The role requires actively engaging with the team to drive business growth and meet targets.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer requirements effectively
• Experience in customer service and client management
• Proficiency in sales strategies and target achievement
• Proficient in computer tools and software for managing client relationships
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
