Job SummaryThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and servicing existing clients of TradeIndia within the assigned territory. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, promoting TradeIndia services, and identifying opportunities for renewal and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Visit and manage existing TradeIndia clients within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Explain and promote TradeIndia products and services to maximize client value.
- Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions and contracts.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and guidance on using TradeIndia portal effectively.
- Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
- Monitor client performance and suggest ways to improve their business visibility on TradeIndia.
- Maintain daily reports of client visits, feedback, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned renewal and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 13 years of experience in field sales / client servicing / B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms / online marketplaces is preferred.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned area.
