Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Karnal. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to promote TradeIndia's services. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting presentations, providing solutions to customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to address client demands and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of B2B marketplaces, online business development, and trade practices
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-driven attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
