Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will build and nurture client relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include organizing and attending property visits, providing expert advice, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and staying informed of local market conditions and trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication Skills, including verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Sales Techniques, Lead Generation, and Networking
- Ability to Understand Real Estate Market Trends and advise clients accordingly
- Organizational Skills, Time Management, and Attention to Detail
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market will be advantageous
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in real estate or a client-facing role is advantageous
