Team Background: CA, CFA, Ex-Banker, IIM, Ex Big 4, with 20+ years of experience each with experience of closing multiple transactions. India's top 500+ lenders/Investors work with us which Includes Banks, NBFCs, Institutional Fund Houses, AIFs, ARCs, VCs, PEs, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, etc.
Clients we work with: Average revenue our clients are making within range of 50 Cr to 2000 Cr, you will only be talking to, Founders & the CFO of the Company.
Job Description:
This role requires a results-driven professional with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and financial expertise to manage end-to-end processes, from lead origination to disbursement, while generating business through channel and field sales activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Proven experience in sourcing new business for Debt Funding, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding particularly for large transactions.
• Originate, structure, and negotiate financing transactions to align with and support company goals.
• Generate business through channel sales and field sales activities, leveraging relationships with channel partners and direct client engagement.
• Strong skills in client acquisition, channel sales, and building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Expertise in relationship management, negotiation, financial structuring, deal execution, and market analysis to drive successful outcomes.
• Ability to identify and assess potential applications for Debt Funding, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding.
• In-depth understanding of debt syndication, credit risk policies, and financial structuring to deliver optimal financing solutions.
• Knowledge of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• Experience in creating and understanding financial presentations, information memorandums, and proposals to attract lender.
• Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client base and achieve business growth.
• Maintain structured processes for client engagement, deal execution, and compliance adherence to ensure seamless operations.
• Work closely with clients, internal teams, and lenders throughout the entire process, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely execution, and client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets through active field sales activities, including client visits, on-ground engagement, and direct business development efforts.
• The candidate must consistently meet or exceed monthly targets in terms of revenue generation, sanctions, and disbursements.

Qualifications:
• M.B.A. in Finance or equivalent degree.
• Diploma in Corporate Financing would be an added benefit.
