Role:: Client Engagement Manager (Banking/Financial Services)
Location: Gurgaon
Who are we looking for
- A senior professional who has excellent client relationship management skills and delivery/account management experience in the BFS domain
- The individual should be a Self-Starter with ability to grow the Account
- The Individual should be passionate about technology besides conceptualizing newer delivery models to meet client needs
Qualification:
- 20+ years of industry experience, with hands on delivery/ account management skills in BFS domain
- Experience in delivering modernization programs with agile exposure
- Excellent communication, Client management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems
- Working alongside the delivery team and be able to map Mphasis services that are of relevance to solve client's business needs
- Work closely with the Sales Leaders to Grow the Account
Skill Set Required:
- Should have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships
- Should have the drive to grow the account profitably
