Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and following up regularly.
- Support senior team members in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, etc.) to deliver client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain proper documentation, and update CRM records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to close deals.
- Good understanding of sales and negotiation basics (training will be provided).
Salary: upto 30k + Incentives
