Role Description
The Impact Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Vasant Vihar. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with restaurant clients, analyse their needs, and design impactful marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. Key responsibilities include project planning, executing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, managing client relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities. The Impact Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative and results-driven marketing solutions, ensuring client objectives are met consistently.
- The candidate knows about the Food and Beverages (knows about how to create and design a menu for the brands over the online ordering platforms like Zomato and Swiggy)
- Study & evaluate all metrics on e-commerce platforms to identify the best combination for investments to extract maximum Return on Investment.
- Coordination with all parties involved in the entire marketing process (Social Media + Operations+ Brand Owners + Internal Team + Third Party POCs)
- Investment stage tracking for all clients to ensure 100% compliance.
- Constant review mechanism to identify low-performing assets to take corrective actions for best performance.
- Investment performance reports to be shared with the clients
- Travelling as and when required for client meetings.
- Self-Driven initiatives to drive growth for the clients
- Marketing plans to be formed, discussed & executed every month.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Communication
- Project coordination capabilities, with attention to detail and time management
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
